About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer for a Tier1 Company. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our IT service management processes and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- ServiceNow Development:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Workflows.
- Create and maintain custom scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using web services (SOAP, REST) and other technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
- Automation and Orchestration:
- Develop automated workflows and integrations to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
- Utilize ServiceNow's Orchestration capabilities to automate complex tasks and improve efficiency.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure system uptime and performance.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and end-users.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow core modules and configuration
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) highly desired
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow's advanced features, such as Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
