About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to join our dynamic team at a leading US-based Tier 1 company. As a key member of our technology organization, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements, asking insightful questions to uncover underlying needs.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve business processes, leveraging Salesforce's capabilities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Integration Design: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in CRM solutions, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce core modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proven ability to lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
- Experience in leading large-scale Salesforce implementations, including data migration, customization, and integration.
- Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II) or the ability to obtain them.
