Requirements clarification & documentation, co-ordination with Customer /end users
Requirement analysis
Estimation
OOAD Design & Coding, Testing

Your profile:
4-5 years experience VC++
Knowledge on OOAD & UML concepts
Knowledge on SEI CMM L5 quality process
Experience in developing applications for any configuration management tool
Experience in C++ & STL
Experience in windows programming using MFC & Win32 SDK
Hands-on to VS .NET 2010 IDE
Ability code, test and implement concepts
Knowledge of Static Analysis, profiling & code coverage
Good Communication skills
Exposure to Oracle database SQL, PL/SQL
