JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Cross-Functional Lead / Solution Architect for Veeva QMS will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of Veeva Quality Management System (QMS) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Veeva Vault platform, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across various departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the QMS.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, system design, or a similar technical role.
- Proven experience with Veeva QMS or a comparable quality management system.
- Strong understanding of quality management principles (e.g., CAPA, audits, deviations).
- Deep understanding of integration techniques and technologies, including API-based integrations, web services, and middleware tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Relevant certification in Veeva Vault is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that leverage the capabilities of Veeva Development Cloud
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business requirements, design system architecture, and oversee the implementation process
- Leverage expertise in Veeva QMS to design comprehensive solutions, set up data models, build workflows, security settings and integration framework considering scalability, business continuity and future needs. Lead cross-functional teams comprised of technical and business resources throughout the implementation process, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and workflows.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system specification, configuration specification, and user manuals, provide technical guidance to address user queries, troubleshoot system issues and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proactively stay updated on the latest Veeva Vault features and best practices. Analyse new features and their potential impact, recommending enhancements for continuous improvement and optimize user experience and drive business value.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, developing proposals and conducting solution demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with Veeva product teams to identify potential gaps and suggest improvements to the Veeva QMS platform.
