About the Role:

We're searching for a passionate and highly skilled MERN Stack Technical Architect to join our growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, deploying, and maintaining high-performing, scalable, and secure web applications within the healthcare domain. You'll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud-based architectures for healthcare applications.
• Architect and develop high-quality, maintainable applications leveraging the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js (version 18+), and Node.js).
• Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technically sound solutions.
• Evaluate and select appropriate cloud technologies and services (AWS, Azure, GCP) based on performance, cost, and integration needs.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement robust security measures to protect the cloud environment and data, adhering to best practices and compliance regulations.
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance for smooth operations and cost efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in MERN stack technologies, cloud platforms, and multi-cloud strategies.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing sessions with developers.
• Understand Sprint requirements and actively participate in sprint planning and execution.
• Follow agile methodologies (Scrum) and deliver planned activities.

Qualifications:

• 9-15 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on MERN stack technologies.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure web applications.
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills:

• Prior experience developing healthcare applications is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Practice Manager / Head to lead and drive our Big Data and Data Governance practice. In this critical role, you will oversee large-scale projects, manage high-performing teams, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Big Data and Data Governance practice, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts.
• Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and deliver exceptional solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in Big Data, Data Governance, and related fields.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
• Financial Management: Manage project budgets and resource allocation to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.), data governance principles, and data engineering practices.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects, including Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, foster a positive work culture, and drive innovation.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Domain Expertise: Knowledge of industry-specific data challenges and opportunities, such as healthcare, finance, or retail.
• Certifications: PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams and projects.
