Practice Manager / Head

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Practice Manager / Head to lead and drive our Big Data and Data Governance practice. In this critical role, you will oversee large-scale projects, manage high-performing teams, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic vision for the Big Data and Data Governance practice, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in Big Data, Data Governance, and related fields.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets and resource allocation to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.), data governance principles, and data engineering practices.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects, including Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams, foster a positive work culture, and drive innovation.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Domain Expertise: Knowledge of industry-specific data challenges and opportunities, such as healthcare, finance, or retail.
  • Certifications: PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing teams and projects.

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to join our dynamic team at a leading US-based Tier 1 company. As a key member of our technology organization, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements, asking insightful questions to uncover underlying needs.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve business processes, leveraging Salesforce's capabilities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Integration Design: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in CRM solutions, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce core modules, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
  • Experience in leading large-scale Salesforce implementations, including data migration, customization, and integration.
  • Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II) or the ability to obtain them.

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer for a Tier1 Company. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our IT service management processes and enhancing overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Development:
    • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Workflows.
    • Create and maintain custom scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts.
    • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using web services (SOAP, REST) and other technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
  • Automation and Orchestration:
    • Develop automated workflows and integrations to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
    • Utilize ServiceNow's Orchestration capabilities to automate complex tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Problem Solving and Troubleshooting:
    • Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure system uptime and performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, system administrators, and end-users.
    • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow core modules and configuration
  • Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD) highly desired

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow's advanced features, such as Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, and Virtual Agent
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
