About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Scientist specializing in AI/ML to join our growing team. You will play a key role in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML solutions to address complex business challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of technologies and contribute to impactful projects. The position is hybrid and requires no travel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects, from problem definition and data collection to model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Design and execute exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage Azure OpenAI Service to build and enhance advanced machine learning models.
- Implement and manage data pipelines and workflows using Apache Airflow.
- Develop and maintain knowledge graphs to enrich data relationships and drive deeper insights.
- Apply MLOps principles to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of machine learning models.
- Utilize cloud-based AutoML solutions to accelerate model development and optimization.
- Develop AI-powered chatbots using Dialogflow to enhance customer interactions.
- Implement computer vision solutions using OpenCV for image processing and analysis.
- Apply NLP techniques to analyze and interpret text data, enabling sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and other applications.
- Develop and implement deep learning models using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Conduct data analysis and visualization using Python and R.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective AI/ML solutions.
- Champion data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and related technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on AI/ML.
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and EDA.
- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI Service and Apache Airflow.
- Proven expertise in building and managing knowledge graphs.
- Solid understanding of MLOps practices.
- Experience with cloud-based AutoML platforms.
- Proficiency in Dialogflow and OpenCV.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts and techniques, including NLP and computer vision.
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and visualization.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid work model with day shift hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate, TensorFlow Developer Certificate). While preferred, we encourage applications from individuals with equivalent practical experience.
