  • 7+ years of experience working as Technical Business Analyst with minimum 2 years of experience of working on Contact Center applications
  • Must have knowledge of and/or experience in Contact Center applications – IVR/Routing, Genesys/Avaya, Computer Telephony Integrations (CTI)
  • Good to have - Knowledge of BFSI domain and Wealth Management business – new account opening, KYC and client onboarding
  • Critical thinking ability, Strong problem-solving capacity
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project management skills
