- Good Analytical skills

- Good in Elicitation and Managing Business Requirement with business stakeholders

- Team Handling experience is a must
- Ability to Guide the team
- Good in Stakeholder handling
- Good in Estimation, Project Plannng & Tracking
- Hands on Coding experience is a must
- Taking ownership / Responsibility for the account
- Fluent in communication
