Job Description :
The candidate is expected to work in a digital RTL design & verification team responsible for delivering IPs for mixed signal ASICs.
The job includes design and verification of digital modules used in Mixed signal IPs. The typical modules can be Digital filters (FIR/IIR), Communication protocols e.g.. SPI, CAN etc.
Required Skills :
Digital Fundamentals, Expertise in VHDL.
In addition, Desirable to have worked on post silicon debug, should be a team player & willing to travel outside India for extended period.
Desirable Skills : To have knowledge on sigma delta converters and modelling of signal path using Matlab/Simulink. (Signal processing concept, Digital filter designs

Skill set:

Domain Knowledge :Understanding of Analog Layout Design for Mixed-Signal/Full Custom ASIC flow. Deep understanding of BCD/CMOS processes. Technology node: 180nm/130nm/350nm
Software : Calibre DRC/LVS , Assura and Virtuoso –XL in Cadence, Mentor Graphics IC-station (not essential),

Required Skills:
  • Excellent Expertise in full custom Layout design techniques
  • Must be able to lead/guide a team ( Team motivation, Mentoring, Performance assessments)
  • Must be able to drive Layout projects independently ( Coordination/Interface with the customer, Understanding of requirement, Task distribution, Reviews, Quality process compliance).
  • Highly Experienced in Area estimation, Floor planning, Pad frame generation, Integration, Top level routing, Chip finishing
  • Open for development and implementation of future trends

Desirable skills:
High current layout design experience (Required)
Net list extraction
ICC flow for digital layout
Scripting (to write little scripts)
German language skills
